If I were to judge on the kit alone this deserves 5 stars, BUT Parkside (Peco) have only included decals to suit a post 1964 BR scheme, yet it is listed as a LNER wagon. The instructions DO include information of as built NE and later LNER livery markings. Nothing that an after market decal sheet can't fix. To get grab rails to fit well, carefully note the advised wire lengths - I find them spot-on. Experience gained on having made 2 so far. Take your time, this kit is not as simple as you may think !
