Parkside Models - BR 21 Ton Trestle Wagon

Steel plates, which were wider than the loading gauge when loaded flat, were carried at an angle of 45 degrees supported on trestles. BR converted a number of surplus Double Bolster wagons (kit PS20) in the early 1950's for this traffic. These stayed in service into the 1970's. The kit contains securing chains and shackles. Transfers for BR 1950's and 1960's/70's.
